Measure your dog from the nose to the base of the tail while standing, then pick the bed made for that length: Small fits dogs up to 85 cm long, Medium up to 115 cm, Large up to 135 cm. Between two sizes, size up. Example breeds per size are on our bed size chart.

Wrap a soft tape around the base of the neck, where the collar sits, snug with one finger of room. A neck of 27 to 34 cm takes Small, 35 to 41 cm Medium, 42 to 49 cm Large. The full guide with example breeds is on our collar size chart.

As a guide: Small suits Chihuahuas, Pomeranians, Maltese, Shih Tzus, Pugs and French Bulldogs; Medium suits Beagles, Cocker Spaniels, Border Collies and Labradors; Large suits Golden Retrievers, German Shepherds, Huskies and Rottweilers. Measure to be sure, every dog is different.

Shake out the hair, then spot clean or hand wash with a mild detergent and let it air dry completely. The cover is velvet-touch fabric with a plush cushion filling, so do not machine wash or tumble dry.

Nubuck is real leather sanded to a soft, velvety surface. It is strong and it ages well when cared for: hand wash or rinse with water and mild soap when needed, air dry naturally, never machine wash. Keep it away from long soaks.

Three to five in rotation is plenty. Swap them every week or two so each toy feels new again. That is why our toys come as 3-piece sets.
