Shipping policy

Where we deliver

We deliver everywhere in Lebanon. We do not ship outside Lebanon for now.

Delivery cost and time

Express delivery costs $3 and is free on orders above $75. Your order arrives within 2 to 4 days of being handed to our delivery partner.

When your order leaves

Orders placed on a weekday before 12pm are handed to the courier the same day. Orders placed after 12pm, or on a weekend, leave on the next working day, since couriers do not pick up on weekends.

Tracking

Once your order is with the courier, you receive a tracking number so you can follow the delivery.

Payment

We accept cash on delivery. You pay the courier when your order arrives; the amount is the total shown at checkout, delivery included.

Changing or cancelling an order

You can change or cancel an order on the day you place it: message us on WhatsApp or on Instagram with your order number and we take care of it before the order goes to the courier.
